I'm saddened by Theresa Abebrese's demise.I will forever miss her-Lumba

A Legend in the Ghanaian Highlife Music Genre, and in the Ghanaian music Industry as a whole, Daddy Lumba.
Born Charles Kwadwo Fosu, 52 and a father of 3, married to Akosua Serwaa, started his entire music career as one of the duo in the group Lumba Brothers,when he collaborated with his partner Nana Acheampong, released their first album dubbed "Yereye Aka Akwantuo Mu" a song which depicted the number of Ghanaian immigrants who left the country to seek better fortunes abroad but made those temporary homes permanent due to financial, emotional and other unforseen hardships. This song was produced by his wife Aksoua serwaa.
After Lumba Brothers,the Award winning singer released his first Solo Album which catapulted him into the "Superstar" status making him a household name,and a national treasure.
On this first solo album,the song "Theresa" quickly became a hit as he crooned about a lover and how no other woman was comparable.
Theresa was Daddy Lumba's first girlfriend who assisted him to get to Germany. Daddy Lumba since then lived in Cologne with the intention of marrying her but unfortunately disappointed him. Theresa bypassed Kwadwo Fosu to marry a different man which hit Lumba  hardly.This never transformed them into enemies due to the unconditional and eternal love Daddy Lumba had for her.
Lugubriously,Theresa Abebrese has died after a short illness.

Tears wetted the Ace Highlife musician's countenance upon hearing the shocking  demise of her first Girlfriend.
"I'm saddened by her demise.Her kindness ll  linger in ma heart till my demise.May God keep her safe till we meet again" he told a Kumasi based radio station
The 7-day surveillance will be held at her residence on the 6th day of March, 2017 in Bohyen Kotoko Residence, a suburb of Kumasi.
