Sue Shata Wale if he assaults you verbally! MUSIGA can't call him to order-Obour
Self-professed Dancehall King, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr. known by his stage name,Shata Wale has gained notoriety for being rude and verbally assaulting industrial players in the Ghanaian show business persistently with the likes of the CEO of Charter House, Iyiola Ayoade; the President of the Musicians Union of Ghana, Bice Osei Kuffuor; the CEO of Slip Music who doubles as the President of the Creative Arts Council under the Creative Arts Ministry, Mark Okraku Mantey; some colleagues of his in the persons of Samini, Yaa Pono and a host of others, with reasons best known to him.
The Award winning Artiste seems to be self-assured and believes none on this planet can deal with him drastically should he abuse any person verbally or in any form. But hypocritically, he can rather effectuate the law accordingly should anyone accidentally or deliberately mess up with him, or take the laws into his hands and deal with the victim in his own style.
Many Ghanaians are fed up with Shata wale's effrontery and dodgy behaviour, and as an upshot, the question many are asking is "IS SHATA WALE ABOVE THE LAW?"
DJ ROAR of KESSBEN 93.3FM in Kumasi has always been concerned with the Sanity, progress and betterment of the industry hence questioning Obour with respect to what many Ghanaians are asking since he is the President of the Musicians Union of Ghana.
The "Konkontibaa" hit maker responding to this said, Shata Wale should be duly dealt with; he should be sued by whichever person he offends because MUSIGA has no code of conduct to call the "Kakai" hit maker to order! Besides Shata Wale hasn't renewed his membership as a loyal and active member of MUSIGA,so automatically he ceases to be addressed as a member of the said union.
"Shata Wale as it stands isn't a MUSIGA member until he renews his membership. Moreover, MUSIGA has no code of conduct to call Shata Wale to order. I would entreat all Stakeholders Shata Wale assaults verbally or in any form to drag him to court. Musiga is in no position to call that guy to order." he stated.
Obour believes this is the best way the "enter the net" hit maker can be dealt with and is optimistic this can lead to his repentance.
